On combating bullying

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 2657-VIII dated 18.12.18 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Countering Bowling (Harassment)".

The legislative act provides for amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Education", in particular, introduces a definition of the term, defines mechanisms for combating this phenomenon, the rights and obligations of participants in the educational process to counteract and prevent bullying (harassment).
