Сьогодні випрацьовували стратегію і план розвитку для майбутнього Центру кар'єри з колективом Вищого професійного училища №29 м.Львова. Проаналізували запити педагогів/майстрів/працівників навчального закладу; зафіксували мету, місію та завдання цієї платформи додаткових можливостей для тих, хто навчається, тих, хто навчає, та тих, хто зацікавлений у співпраці (бізнес, експерти та ін. стейкхолдери); вчилися річному плануванню за ключовими групами стейкхолдерів, якісній комунікації та створенню партнерств. Переконаний, що спільно напрацьоване бачення пришвидшить розвиток такої потрібної справи. Окремо хочу подякувати колективу - учасникам тренінгу - за відкритість та оптимізм, а керівнику - Роман Стецький - за довіру та можливість долучитись! Нехай задумане вдасться!
